1. a complete schedule for Holy Yoga classes ( a Christian focused yoga program) at my home studio continues in February, including:

- gentle and multi-level evening classes on Tuesday and Thursdays,
- multi-level class on Sunday mornings

- suggested donation $10 per class

2. Holy Yoga classes at St. Gerard's Catholic Church - 8944 Elbow Drive SW Calgary, Alberta - on Monday afternoons - 1:30-2:45pm - Gentle

- suggested donation $10 per class

3. Explore with Rohr - a monthly book club at the FCJ Centre - on "The Naked Now" by Richard Rohr

- Sunday afternoons 1:30-3:30pm - March 25

- suggested free will offering to the FCJ Centre

4. Private/semi-private Beginner/Gentle/Therapeutic Yoga

- offered when it is mutually convenient - suggested donation $25 per hour
