congratulates Lois Perron for achieving the designation of Certified Retreat Coach   January 2009

Lois completed a vigorous and comprehensive training in the many facets of leading retreats and is a part of the Retreat Coach Network - “the premier international network " of trained Retreat Coaches. Lois will continue to work towards her Master Level Retreat Coach Certification in 2009 while leading a wide range of retreats that will include her present training in “Holy Yoga” – a Christian based yoga practice.

Lois’ retreats focus on guiding others towards wholeness of body, mind and Spirit. Her customized retreats for groups or individuals incorporate imaginative contemplation, reflective writing, inspirational readings, expressive arts, creative movement and rejuvenating relaxation.

Her mission is to provide a safe and restorative experience that brings awareness of the incredibly unique giftedness of each individual - enhancing their sense of peace, love and joy in every moment of life.

Lois is available for individual or group retreats, spiritual direction, and yoga – both in and around Calgary and Maui. She is also available to speak on a variety of topics related to spirituality.
